Great location on White Sands beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It is beginning to get a bit tired and dated, the bathrooms need a major update as does the breakfast, which seems to cater for just local tourists. This was my sixth stay in 8 years and I have noticed that decline.

One of the best value for money at the beautiful whitesand beach. Near to everything you need. Some things needs renovation but still ok for the price and location. Helpfull and friendly staff! Our family enjoyed every day at this resort and we stayed much longer than originally booked for.

Stary dogs at the beach side can be scary for some but they are not coming to hotel area. Some things needs proper maintaining.

Location, location, location. Staff was amazing. Beach in front of the hotel is fantastic. Rooms view was beautuful. Excellent location for exploring restaurants and bars too, very convenient and close to all contents.

Bar music can disturb someone. Air-conditioned was very old, but still working. No electric plugs in toilet.

Straight at the beach, nice pool. Breakfast was ok, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good, shopping, restaurants and streetfood in the evening very close. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was hard to find free poolbeds because people had their towels there the whole day even though they weren't there. We didn't get refill coffee in the room in last three days.

Outdated rooms, disappointing and our first set of towels in the bathroom were old and torn. Definitely needs an update.

Good value for money if you want to be in the heart of the developed White Sands area, including area of street food stands in the evening, which we did for New Year's. Nothing fancy and dated but good location, decent breakfast and access to beautiful beach. The restaurant next door is associated with it, with a discount on food, and has great food. Comfy bar with bean bag chairs set in the sand in front for sunset. Pool is in the shade often so cold, and is dated, but nice for a quick dip. Not enough lounges around the pool for number of guests so get there early.

Very weak wifi in our room. Went to the restaurant next door to facetime with family.

Very hard beds. 4 persons in the reception and noone could really answer the simple question, can we stay a few moore nights?

I liked the beach and the pool. Everything else was very tired needs a Reno as it’s location is excellent.

Room and hotel tired, worn out, pink exterior with green roof tells you how old the last paint job was plus green rooms, bedspread had stains on it towels thin, door Jammed when opening, sorry but not with the money at all.

Pool and beach area are nice. There is no pool bar but you can get drinks from the next hotel in the beach.

The bedsheets and towels should be replaced with new ones. They were very old and did not look clean any more.

The swimming pool is literally on the beach. It’s a quite place with lot of restaurants, bars, shops around, and 7/11 in front of the hotel ! The room is very nice and clean. And staff is very kind ! Breakfast is a buffet and it is very good.

The location is good. A prime spot on the beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants. The reception staff were helpful.

This hotel is well past it's best and over-priced for what it is. The room was old and dark, the balcony doors did not seal so my neighbour's smoke came through. The wifi was awful; weak and unreliable. The toilet didn't flush properly. The shower was over the bath which was difficult to climb up into (big old thing) and had a short hose so you couldn't stand under it. The air conditioning was noisy and inefficient. The furniture was old. Not enough sunbeds at the pool (which were all covered with towels before breakfast anyway and there wasn't any space to sit if you didn't have a sunbed). Breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. Very limited and unappetising choice. Horrible coffee. Breakfast staff were miserable and unfriendly. The breakfast room was like a 1970's works canteen. Compared to virtually every hotel in the area, this is a very bad deal indeed. For the same or less money you can get much better and for a little more money much better indeed. Time to knock it down.

There is nothing to like about this hotel, in fact, in ten years of travelling to Thailand I would rate this as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rude inefficient, uncaring staff and management, dirty facilities, worn out furniture and bedding, the list is endless. It is in a great location, which is the main reason why the Booking rating is as high as it is, however, that is seriously irrelevant as when you are so disappointed, uncomfortable and tired from your experience that a great location becomes pointless. You can see from previous reviews that the management have responded to bad feedback on several occasions, but seem unwilling to make any changes or improvements, paying just lip service.

The place is a rundown, filthy, badly managed hotel site; even the pool was filthy (you could feel the dirt on the pool floor with your feet). My room was not very clean, the bedding was old and had multiple stains on it, including would I can only describe as bloodstains. The bed itself was worn out and seriously painful to sleep on. They don’t even supply proper toilet tissue, it’s paper food napkins. The air-conditioning in my first room did not work at all and it took over hour to get me moved to another room after having to chase up the request for assistance 3 times. The room decor is disastrous; you have a choice of vile lime green, violent pink, or a horrid bright blue. Then there is the breakfast. A cold selection of dried out cooked food that is so unappetising and unhealthy looking that you would definitely rather go without.

Hotel in great location and rooms look out over the pool and to the sea. The hotel represents good value for money compared with other hotels close by. Shops and restaurants very close to hotel.

The breakfast was a little disappointing not a lot of selection and across the road from part of the hotel we were staying in. Our stay was in the low season so limited number of guests but they could cook to order to save wastage.
